  • Do I need a code to get the sale pricing?No need to enter any codes, sale pricing will automatically display on the site with 30 - 60% off across all products.
  • How will I know when the sale starts or get info about promos during the sale?Register at the link above and we’ll let you know when it's live, and send you info throughout the sale!
  • How do I enter any of the promotions?Easy, just make a purchase during the nominated time for each promo, and you will automatically go into the draw.
  • Can I use a discount code during the sale?All discount codes will be disabled during the sale.
  • Is the entire product range included in the sale?Yes everything will be on sale but the discounted amount will vary depending on the item.
  • How do I qualify for the free gift with purchase items?If you reach the relevant minimum spend the free gift will be automatically added to your cart. If you reach both thresholds you will qualify and receive both gifts. If you don't want any of the free gifts, you can remove this from your cart.

  • Why can I not order a custom jersey?We have turned off custom jerseys for the sale as we do not have time during the sale.
  • Will you be getting this item back in stock during the sale?Once the sale has started we will not be restocking items during the sale
  • What is the return policy for items purchased on sale?We have a 90 days returns policy for all items. 
  • Do you offer refunds for sale items?You can return an item for exchange or a store credit but we do not offer refunds on sale items.
  • Can I change my order once it’s placed?This is hard during the sale due to the volume of orders. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item please get in touch with our team so we can do our best to help you change your order. If it has already been processed, you will need to go through our standard returns process.
  • Why hasn’t my order been confirmed yet?If you have not received your order confirmation email your order may not have gone through. Please get in touch with the DHaRCO team to check.
  • Can I cancel my order after placing it?Yes if it hasn't already been processed by our team. However due to high volume, we can't guarantee that we can pull or stop your order over the sale time.
  • How long will it take to ship my order during the sale?We have a huge amount of orders coming through during the sale so there might be a slight delay of one business day but we have have taked measures to make sure your    order will go out same day as usual
