You're on our new Canadian site which enables us to offer local shipping to you, our Canadian customers, from our new warehouse in Squamish. For returns and exchanges you will now be able to ship anything back for exchange to our hub in Squamish, BC, Canada.

Shipping is FREE for orders over CAD$100.

For orders less than $100 shipping is a flat rate of CAD$25.

We ship via our designated courier, DHL Express.

We reserve the right to select the best shipping method depending on your order size and area. In most cases your order should arrive in 5 – 10 business days.


Once you’ve completed your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We aim to have all orders processed within 2 business days. Timing may vary.

Orders will be processed during normal AEST business hours Monday to Friday and shipped via our Sydney Warehouse. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.

The time frames above are estimates only, and DHaRCO makes no guarantees nor accepts any liability for deliveries that occur outside these estimates.


Although we endeavour to keep stock lists up to date, unavailable stock may be displayed online. In the case of an order being placed which is not available we will contact you to process a refund or to find a suitable alternative.

You can exchange or refund within 90 days of you receiving your order

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and for arranging the return shipping for refunds or exchanges. For Canada, we offer local returns. Email us at ride@dharco.com for instructions.

Refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the item is returned in a saleable condition, ie: is unworn, undamaged, not dirty and with labels attached.

Refunds apply to full-priced items only and does not include discounted items or items included in promotions.

Please note, no refunds or exchanges are offered on underwear.

Discounted items can be exchanged not refunded.

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.

We recommend that you ship with a tracking number, to be able to follow the shipment - DHaRCO cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost in transit. Please keep your tracking number.

For Exchanges DHaRCO will pay to re-send a new item back to you. Product exchanges are subject to availability.

In the case that you have received a faulty item not fit for use, you will be fully refunded, including the postage costs. Or you may request a replacement item. DHaRCO will inspect the goods to determine the cause. Please note that faulty goods do not apply to items that have been damaged due to a crash or general use, wear and tear. Nor will items be considered faulty if the care instructions have not been followed. We will refund your reasonable postage costs incurred from returning an item if we determine the product is faulty.

All payments are processed and charged in CAD.

We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX through our secure SHOPIFY payment gateway online.

You can also choose to pay via PAYPAL in the paypal link at the Checkout.

All customers will be automatically added to our mailing list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. Your details will not be passed onto any third parties for marketing purposes.

Your details are only passed to third parties, such as the Shopify payment gateway, where necessary to make a purchase.

Your personal information will be protected by the password you have created. It is your responsibility to keep this password safe.
