AUGUST, SEPT: 3 - 5 days per week

We're looking for a hard-working and proactive casual to jump in immediately to support the Canadian team over Summer 2025. We're keen to find someone ready to start as soon as possible - and be available for August and September to support the team.
As part of a rapidly growing brand, this summer role is key to ensuring our customers receive exceptional support. We're after someone who genuinely cares – that orders arrive on time and correct, and that every customer feels looked after from start to finish.
Ideally, you're a mountain biker or have a passion for the lifestyle. More importantly, you’re someone who shows up, gets stuff done, and can get up and running quickly in a new environment.
You’ll be doing everything from packing and shipping orders, stock management, helping keep the warehouse clean and organised, to assisting walk-in customers.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Keeping the Showroom Clean and Presentable
- Greeting and Helping Walk-In Customers
- Assisting at Events (some weekends during the year)
- Packing and Shipping Orders
- Restocking Shelves
- Keeping the Warehouse Neat and Organised

To be successful in this role, ideally you:
- Have experience with customer service
- Have great attention to detail
- Can learn quickly and follow processes
- Are physically capable of lifting boxes, climbing ladders/ stairs and restocking elevated shelves
- Have a proactive, can-do attitude
- Are self-motivated and reliable
- Experience in warehouse management and customer service is a plus and will be considered highly
Wage and perks:
- $19/h during training period, then $25/h
- DHaRCO staff discounts
The role is based at our Warehouse/Showroom in Squamish, BC.
