Tell us about yourself, who are you and what makes you so rad? Growing up in Kamloops bikes have always played a big part in my life, I started racing when I was 12 and since then I have transitioned into more of a coaching role to share my love for the sport. I usually spend my summers hitting up the best bike parks in BC with the odd race or two thrown into the mix just for good measure. The past few years I've been juggling getting my degree with riding but with that wrapping up I have some big plans for 2021 and beyond!

Competition or just riding? Just riding with the odd race thrown in just for fun! I enjoy riding bikes more when there's no pressure to perform and I can just do things the way I want. Plus there's a bit more free time when you aren't chasing a race circuit.

What’s your all time favourite mountain biking trip? Hard to beat Whistler but Bright is a close second. Both those locations have some incredible riding and the perfect atmosphere for apres ride activities.

What do you love about riding? Getting away from typical day-to-day life and being in the moment! Nothing better than getting off work and heading out for a ride with friends. The people involved in this sport are also a big reason I love it!

What are you most proud of achieving through riding? I think just getting to participate in so many awesome experiences like deep summer or shooting for the local bike park with pros I looked up to as a kid. My younger self would have never imagined being on a billboard that's for sure!
One tip you would give to a grom wanting to become a pro rider like yourself? Just have fun and the rest will come!
